As the South Australian Patron of MND I urge you to support an organisation that supports people with a disease for which, at the moment, there is no cure.

I volunteer for NONNA'S CUCINA  -  a fabulous organisation that delivers nutritional meals to people who need them. They are always in need of volunteers. Think about it.

I write recipes and cookery ideas for the magazine and together we celebrate all the wonderful things in our state of South Australia.

Olives SA is a great supporter of growers and producers. Always buy and use South Australian olive oil and olives and help our farmers. Win/Win.

WEA has great classes on a range of subjects. Look here for my Italian cookery classes throughout the year.  I often collaborate with other cooks and chefs which doubles the fun and knowledge.

As Deputy Chair of SFSA, I urge you to understand the principles of Slow Food - good, clean, fair food for all and the retention of skills and traditional foods and methods.  Sign up for change!

I am a member of the Sovereign Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem. This is a philanthropic organisation that helps those in need.

As a University student I was part of the founding of Radio Italiana - a radio station run by the Italo-Australian community to benefit the maintenance of the Italian language.

I have been a CATHERINE HOUSE  ambassador for a number of years, supporting its amazing work to create a safe place for women experiencing homelessness. Catherine House's important work apart from advocacy is to empower all women to manage and improve their lives.

I am a committee member of this organisation that records oral histories of migrant Italians. It is a task that works against time - the results will benefit us all.

Every year I host the Taste the World stage where artists share a personal recipe with us. In this extraordinary setting, we see the artist in a very intimate light and, in the process, make the world a little smaller and a little kinder.

As a recipient of the Zonta 'Women of Achievement', I support the wonderful work of this organisation as they fight for women's issues.
